B2C Regional Supervisor
Job Summary
He/ She is responsible and coordinates all the shops in his region (Lezhe,Durres,Elbasan,Cerrik,Librazhd, Fier) that will advertise and trade our products.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Controls periodically all the shops in his/her area; Lezhe,Durres,Elbasan,Cerrik,Librazhd, Fier.
- Manages the shops for the products, sales and bandage.
- Conducts and applies the offers that the company brings in market in all the shops
- Analyzes and evaluates the new possible clients in his zone and reports to the company.
- Controls and analyze periodically in stock products and payments for each shop.
- Supports the shop needs like costumers care support (special issues), refurbishments of products for sale, etc…
- Supports issues according to different problems regarding the shop (technical problems, shop maintenance etc…
- Controls and makes sure the staff of the shops, has all needed knowledge about costumers, products, offers, according to the company
- Takes care of shops training about new offers, new implementations, and everything related to shop chain.
- Keeps the shop aligned with new services, updated technology, or other changes the company under-takes. Keep the shop informed cooperating with relevant department.
Educational Background: University Degree in Marketing or relevant area
Post – Graduate Degree
Professional Experience:
2 or more years work experience in a relative functional area
Skills and Abilities:
- Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to organize their work and meet deadlines
- Have good communication skill
- Willing to work in group
- Good knowledge of English language
