B2B Major Sales Expert

Detyrat dhe përgjegjësitë:

Identify and follow up on new prospect customers resulting from field activities, referrals or sphere of influence.
Offer our standard solutions to any business customer and;
Adapt to their specific needs by elaborating carefully the needs in terms of smart solutions.
Understand business customer needs for telco services and propose optimal solution considering existing customer IT Infrastructure.
Modeling of business solution in terms of efficiency and company pricing strategy.
Conceptualize and be able to interpret different data tables such as, cost calculations, profit calculations, etc.
Follow up internal contract management procedures
Negotiate and follow up renewals and contract changes
Manage customers on his/her portfolio in terms of requests, complaints and any other process or procedure related to the company.
Perform regular meetings with customers according to a predefined plan in order to maintain healthy business relations.
Monitor competition through all communication channels and provide feedback to management.

Kualifikimi profesional:

University degree in: Engineering, Computer Science or Business. Proven experience in Sales or Presales is a must (preferably in an ISP or in telecommunication industry)Business English Outstanding communication skills Critical thinking with solution oriented mindset

Eksperienca profesionale:

Comfortable in communicating and presenting of combined Telco & IT products and solutions. Strong understanding of ICT products and networking protocols.
