Key Account Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Achieving predefined B2B sales targets and maximizing the revenue in order to contribute to company’s strategic targets
  2. Cross selling and promoting company products and services to current and potential clients.
  3. Providing all relevant information, written offers, products and services to the customer and informing about any new tariffs or services  
  4. Collecting, evaluating and analyzing the received information and proposing to the customer the most efficient combination of our products and services.
  5. Maintaining and developing existing and new customers, quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. 
  6. Perform regular meetings with customers according to a defined plan available in the company systems based on the respective procedures and frequencies.
  7. Monitoring competition through all communication channels.
  8. Identifying and following up on new prospects and referrals resulting from field activity. 
  9. Other duties as requested from the supervisor

Educational Background:   University Degree 


Professional Experience: 

Previous experience in sales, advertising, sales promoting techniques and marketing


Skills and Abilities: 


  • Self-confidence, and ability to work in team. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Valid driving license.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and English language.
